أنا الهيموجلوبين :)
.. هحكيلكوا على أجمل فسحة قضيتها فى حياتى صحيح هى انتهت بمأساه لكن كانت رحلة ممتعة ...
بس قبل ما أحكى أحب أعرفكم بنفسى :)
أنا ببقى موجود دايما جوه خلايا الدم الحمراء
عارفين خلية الدم الحمره دى عامله زى إيه ؟ ....
دى زى البالونة الشفافة اللى مليانة سائل من جوه ...
أهو أنا بقى السائل اللى جوه ...
وأنا فى كل البشر تركيبتى واحده ... إنما فصائل الدم بتبقى من خصائص الغلاف اللى بره .. أنا مليش دعوة .......
متفكروش إنى كسول زى الإنسان :D
أو انى مجرد حاجة بتدى الدم لون أحمر وخلاص ...
أبدا والله دا أنا اللى بشيل الأوكسجين من الرئة وأوصله للأنسجة
ويا ريت النسيج بيرجعنى فاضى ابداً ...
دا ابن الإيه ده .. بيدينى CO2 .. ويقولى وصل ده معاك للرئة وانت راجع :/
وبالمناسبة أنا عمرى قصير :( بتكسر بعد 4 شهور يعنى بتكسر بتكسير كرات الدم الحمره
و لما بتكسر بتقسم نصين ... نص اسمه Heme ونص إسمه globin
الجلوبين ده يا عينى بيتحلل ويبقى أحماض أمينية والجسم يستفيد منه
وبيفضل منى جزء الـ Heme
وزى ما انتو عارفين محدش بيسيب حد فى حاله ... ...
فجأة كده طلعلى انزيم اسمه شبه اسمى ... راح مأكسدنى ...
وحولنى لـ biliveridin وبعد ما كنت أحمر بقيت أخضر
وبعد ده مأكسدنى قابلنى إنزيم تانى اسمه شبه اسمى لقانى متأكسد :3 ..
قالى ازاى تمشى فى الشارع كده وانت متأكسد ... مش مكسوف من نفسك :D ؟ ....
وراح مختزلنى .. وحولنى لـ bilirubin
وفى ناس بتسمينى بيليروبين ( غير مباشر ) ...
وعلى فكرة بعد ماكنت أخضر بقيت أصفر ... واللون الأصفر ده هيفضل معايا...
ومشيت فى الدم بره ... لقيت واحد ماشى وحده كده ...
قولتله اسمك ايه ؟

وبدال ما احنا فى الدم كده تعالى ندخل ( الكبد ) نتفسح شويه ؟

واتحدت مع الألبيومين ودخلنا الكبد ... لكنه غدر بيا وسابنى جوه :( ...
فمشيت فى الكبد وحدى وأنا حزين لإن الألبيومين غدر بيا
لحد ما قابلت حمض اسمه ( جلوكو رونيك )
اتعرفت عليه وبصراحة ارتحتله ... وحكيتله على غدر الألبيومين بيا ...
قالى : ولا يهمك ..أنا هفسحك هنا فى المصنع فسحة مكنتش تحلم بيها ...

ومشينا مع بعض لحد ما وصلنا غرفة مكتوب عليها ( غرفة تصنيع البروتين ) ...
فتحنا ودخلنا ..... لقيت ماكينات تصنيع ...
واحدة مكتوب عليها .. ماكينة تصنيع الألبيومين ..
كنت عايز اكسرها بصراحة :D ....
والتانية مكتوب عليها .. ماكينة تصنيع الجلوبيولين ...
وانا ببص على الماكينات... لقيت ماكينة مكتوب عليها ... ماكينة ( الأمونيا )
قولت لصاحبى : ... الماكينة دى بتعمل ايه ؟
قالى : دى بتحول الأمونيا إلى يوريا..... وتطلع اليوريا للدم .... والـ Kidney تخرجه من الدم لبره مع البول
قولتله : مش كنتو حطيتوها فى غرفة تانية .. المفروض إنها ماكينة لتكسير البروتين مش تصنيعه !!
قالى : المصنع زحمة وبدال ما نعمل غرفة تكسير البروتين لماكينة الأمونيا وحدها حطيناها هنا فى غرفة تصنيع البروتين وخلاص
قولتله : ريحة الأمونيا واليوريا وحشة تعالى نطلع بره أحسن
وطلعنا نتمشى فى المصنع ... ولقيت غرفة مكتوب عليها غرفة الكوليسترول
قولتله : تعالى ندخل هنا ..
قالى : أوكى
ودخلنا غرفة الكوليسترول ... ولقيت كـــرتـونـتين كبار ...

بصيت فى الكرتونة الأولى لقيت كوليسترول متكسر ومدغدغ خالص ....
والتانية الكوليسترول فيها سليم مفيهوش حاجة !!!!
قولت لصاحبى : إيه يا عم الهبل ده ؟ ... مفيش نظام هنا ولا إيه ... ؟ مين مكسر الكوليسترول ده ؟
.. واشمعنا الكوليسترول اللى فى الكرتونة التانية سليم يعنى !! ...
قالى : الكوليسترول المتكسر ده اللى بييجى من الطعام .. الكبد بيكسره ...
أما السليم فده الكبد اللى بيصنعه هنا بنفسه
قولتله : طب ليه يصنع طالما جايله من بره جاهز ... غاوى تعب هو ؟
قالى : لا , أصل اللى جاى من بره ده ضار .. بتبقى كثافته قليله وبيترسب على جدار الأوعية الدموية ويعمل تصلب فى الشرايين ... :(
أما اللى بيصنعه الكبد بنفسه بيبقى كثافته عالية ومش بيترسب على جدار الأوعية الدموية
قولتله : طب طالما كثافتهم مختلفه المفروض يسموا كل واحد اسم !!!
قالى : طبعا .. اللى بيصنعه الكبد اسمه : Estratrified cholesterol
أما اللى بييجى من هضم الطعام فده : non estratified
قولتله : على كده اللى كبده تعبان هيزيد عنده الكوليسترول ؟
قالى : لا مش هيزيد لإن الكبد مش هيصنع ولا هيكسر وبالتالى مستوى الكوليسترول هيفضل ثابت بس طبعا هيجيله تصلب فى الشرايين

مش المفروض كانوا سموها غرفة الجلوكوز وخلاص , والا عشان الإسم مزيكا عجبهم يعنى ؟
قالى : لا أصل فيه حاجة تانية بتصنع جلوكوز هنا فى الكبد .
وهى عملية اسمها : gluco neo genesis بتصنعه من الأحماض الأمينية

وفجأة سمعنا صوت انذار بره … فخرجنا جرى :o …
لقينا بكتيريا داخله وخلايا بتتصدى ليها …

قالى : ده الجلوتاثيون لازم يرتبط بالـ NAPQI فوراً ... عشان يحوله لمركب غير سام
وفجأة كمية الجلوتاثيون خلصت والـ NAPQI ابتدى يرتبط مع خلايا الكبد :'(
وصفارات الإنذار انطلقت فى الجسم كله :o ...
لقيت صاحبى بيقولى ... يلا بينا نرتبط ببعض ونخرج من هنا ..
الكبد هيحصله Damage :'(
فجه الـ ( UDPGT ) جه ربطنى مع الجلوكو رونيك أسيد
واتحولت إلى Direct bilirubin
وبعدها رحت الأمعاء اتحولت بالتأثير الجرثومى لـ اليورو بيلينو جين
وتم امتصاصى مرة تانية و5 % منى خرج عن طريق الكلية
والباقى عن طريق الكبد
وقدرت أخرج من الجسم قبل صاحبه ما يودع :) ... الحمد لله :) ..
وبكده انتهت قصتى ... أشوف وشكم بخير :)
